All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. Special Requests: If you need your package sooner than any of the above methods allow, please email support@SignatureJewelsOnline.com and a customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a personalized alternate shipping method to meet your needs. Shipping to Alternate Addresses: To protect customers from potential fraud, purchases totaling $200.00 or greater that are shipped to an alternate address require verification through your bank to ensure that the address provided is an alternate address kept on file with your bank. In some cases, a fax of your credit card with signature will be required for us to process your order. If this information is required, you will be notified by email. Refused Packages: Please do not place an order with us if you anticipate that you may refuse the package upon delivery. In all cases, neither shipping nor gift wrap services will be refunded plus a 25% restocking fee will be charged in the event that a customer refuses delivery. Customers who refuse delivery of packages for orders placed with us will have all future orders cancelled - no exceptions to this policy. |
