We want you to be completely satisfied with the jewelry or stone that you receive from us, as we only sell high quality jewelry. We expect that your purchases will meet or exceed your expectations. However, we realize that on occasion there may be a problem with an order. You have 7 days to be certain that you are pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you may return it in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your shipment from SignatureJewelsonline.com. To return to SignatureJewelsonline.com the following terms must be met by you: Return the merchandise to us within 7 days of receiving your order The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. Items sized or engraved are not refundable. Standard Size for Women is 7 and Men is 10. There will be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will be subtracted from your total refund. To return an item to SignatureJewelsonline.com, please follow these three simple steps to assure quick processing and to receive credit, less shipping and restocking fee, for the item you are returning. 1) Email SignatureJewels at returns@SignatureJewelsonline.com and include: your order number, the name of the item, date purchased, and your name and address. Please indicate your preference for an exchange or refund. 2) A customer service representative from the returns department will respond to your email and issue you a return merchandise authorization number. You can expect to receive the RMA number within approximately 24 to 48 hours. Please write the RMA number on the packing slip inside your package and on the outside of your package. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment of jewelry. Your feedback is very important to us! Please note that we cannot process returns without an RMA number. 3) Return the unused item to all of its original packaging, and ship it back to us. We recommend that you ship the item insured as we cannot offer refunds for packages that become lost en route. For security reasons, please do not write "jewelry" on the outside of the package. You will receive notification regarding your return or exchange within seven days. All unauthorized or improperly packaged returns will be returned to sender. Please note that items that show signs of wear or have been, resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order. If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the free gift threshold, we ask that you return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift, we would charge you the value of the gift, which is stated on our free gift offer. Every once in a while, a customer will place an order, we will process and ship the order, and the package comes back to us marked “refused”. We will charge a 25% restocking fee on the total of the merchandise that was refused. Merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way is not eligible for a refund and will immediately be returned upon such determination.
